Those Pesky Memes

Shadow People

Because Lindsay tagged me and I needed a blog-fodder, here comes my answers to the four memes:

Four (other) jobs that I’ve had:
1. Translator

4. Web designer

Four little-known facts about me:
1. I’m telephonophobic.
2. I find most condiments scary.
3. I’m not a big fan of bread.
4. I’m not much of a talker.

Four city airports I have been to:
1. Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
2. Heathrow, London, UK
3. Hong Kong, China
4. Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Four favorite male actors:
1. Philip Seymour Hoffman
2. Kevin Spacey
3. Matt Dillon
4. Al Pacino

Four foods that I hate to love:
1. Taco Bell’s nachos
2. KFC’s fried chicken (redundant, eh?)
3. Chocolate caramel pecan cheesecake
4. Hotdogs (without the buns)

Four web sites (not blogs) I visit daily:
1. Flickr
2. Google
3. del.icio.us
4. The Hype Machine

Four things I want to do before I die:
1. Take a trip to the Antarctica.
2. See the Earth from the outerspace.
3. Go island-hopping in Indonesia with Troy.
4. Take a long road trip to the west coast of Canada.

Four people I’m tagging:
1. Rick Mercer
2. Moby
3. Kevin Smith
4. Wil Wheaton

Have a good weekend!

Pretty much match the first two – jobs and self-facts..
Not talking much dough here (absolutely less than US$10,000 – in total), but still:
    Translator. Check! (Been there. Sparsely.)
    Cataloger. Check! (Currently.)
Web designer. Check! (Been thinking about getting back in the game any day for the last 2 years..)
Telephonophobic. Megacheck! (Haven’t made a phone call to anyone but family in 5+ years, I swear!)
No big fan of bread. Check! (Doesn’t eat bread on a daily basis, rather biweekly. Since I only stand fresh home baked bread, which happens only so often..)
Not much of a talker. Check! (Beyond talking with my keyboard and family, of course!)

    {Telling myself, for the zillionth time, “don’t post until you’re done blathering! Jeez.”}
I guess it probably comes down to reading people you feel you can identify with. Like, I never did see what them war logs are on about. I mean, “you should not kill. Period.” Enough said. Next subject!
Either way, have a good weekend you too, Firda. Good fortune, y’all!

It’s basically ways that you pick up (learn) from other people. Like how to make a fire,
Or what you can write in your weblog when you’re basically out of own ideas. :)
There’s probably a better explanation at Answers.com, anyway. Good luck.
