Blogging Quizzes Revisited

Caramel Popcorn

I was bored enough this morning to check my own Blogging Quiz Repository only to find that one externally hosted quiz was already dead (probably had been for years) and two quizzes led to four-oh-four (probably had been for years).

There’s nothing I can do to revive the dead quiz since I don’t really remember what it’s all about (though I wish I did because it was the very first quiz I created) but not only have I made the other two quizzes available again, I also updated the questions. I doubt most bloggers these days would know Blogdex and MetaFilter so I replaced their instances with Technorati and Digg.

The updated quizzes are Are You A Blogaholic? and Are You A Hit-Obsesed Weblogger? Sadly I lost the old database files so the statistics had to be restarted from zero. I scored 58% in the first quiz and 40% in the second one. Take the quizzes and let me know how you did! C’mon, humour me.

I was also thinking of updating the Weblogger Twin quiz but then decided not to because I’m too lazy. 🙂 Interestingly, out of some 2,043 people who had accessed the quiz, the majority (21.4%) got me as their twin. I guess I’m not really as unique as I think I am.

  1. Hi Firda,
I love your site because it is philosophical and real but also pretty. I have a particular love of photography and I think I found it through Google a while back when looking for the ‘best design blogs’.
I am a fashion designer and writer based in London and I have just published a blog myself – it only went up yesterday. You can find it at http://www.belenechandia.com/blog. I am writing it to raise awareness of artists and artisans across the globe and as you will understand, the more people that read it, the better.
I have put a link to your site up there and I would love a reciprocal one on your site, that is if you like it. I
I look forward to hearing from you.
    Thanks in advance,
