Found this video while search­ing for videos of Ice­land on Vimeo. Being a long-time cro­cheter and a new knit­ter as well as a fan of Ice­land, this video made me grin from ear to ear. He’s not real­ly knit­ting, though. He’s doing Tunisian cro­chet. And yes, I do that, too!

With that knowl­edge in mind, let me tell you about my brand new skill: knit­ting! Because here at Fish & Cus­tard, we hap­pi­ly cater to the wrong demo­graph­ic.

I can’t remem­ber when I had my first attempt to learn how to knit. Must’ve been two or three years ago, and I kept com­ing back to it once or twice every year since, but I just couldn’t wrap my head around it. Any­way, the stars and plan­ets must’ve aligned per­fect­ly to my advan­tage last week when I decid­ed to give knit­ting anoth­er try, because I final­ly got it!
