When you make plush toys, the highest compliment you could ever get would come from a kid. Yesterday a little boy called a sock monkey I made the softest sock monkey ever! It made my day and it makes me want to make many, many more sock monkeys.
I love making stuff with my hands and I do it not because I want to get compliments. I make stuff because it always feel rewarding when I see the finished product. It’s handmade. It’s one of a kind. And to me, it’s priceless.
I put a sewing machine on my wishlist. If I get it, I’m SO going to be sewing up a storm!

you’re very artistic with whatever you’re doing… oh, I love this pic I don’t know why but it kind of reminds me of the happy mellow times in the 70s
