Cover Lay Down

I love cover songs and I love folk music, so when Google Reader recommended Cover Lay Down to me, of course I had to subscribe to it. It’s chock full of folk song cover (folk cover song?) goodness, including covers of one of my favourite Leonard Cohen’s songs, Famous Blue Raincoat and one of my favourite Joni Mitchell’s songs, River, I was thrilled. It’s also very well-written.

I’m going to have to dig deeper into the archives to see what other goodness this blog has to offer. I love it when Google Reader is recommending something other than photoblogs to me.
