Tea ‘healthier’ drink than water. I should probably get some decaffeinated tea bags. I love tea (well, only orange pekoe and green tea) but my body doesn’t really get along with caffeine. Speaking of tea, am I the only one who can’t stand Earl Grey tea?

No, you’re not! I’ve often thought I was alone in the world for my intense dislike of Earl Grey tea…

I think we can’t say that “tea healthier than water”, but we can say tea is healthy”
because there was a research that tea can less our iron mineral absorbtion if we drink it with our meal
