Bubur Ayam
Bubur Ayam (Indonesian Chicken Porridge) Recipe. Because Hed asked for it in a comment to one of Troy’s blog posts and because more people in the world should be eating it. It’s so good! The ultimate comfort food, at least for Indonesian people. By the way, when they say cakwe in the recipe, they mean Chinese donuts. It should be available at your local Asian food market. If not, it’ll still taste good without. And I’m not a big fan of the raw egg yolk on top. We usually eat it with fried chicken liver instead.
